Led digital transformation for a private-equity-backed technology portfolio. Directed project managers and development leads through structured sprints, and established cross-functional sprint governance with centralized DevOps boards.
Rolled out an LLM-powered developer assistant (Codex + Claude) for boilerplate, tests, controllers, and services. Built a modular .NET 10 REST API over PostgreSQL and SQL Server, and an Angular 21 SPA on .NET 10 micro-APIs. Used Kubernetes for container orchestration and secrets management.
Built a full-stack global giving platform and mobile app — React Native front end, Node.js/Express API, PostgreSQL on Azure — empowering travelers to share resources with local communities. Stack included Auth0, OpenAI API, LangChain, and Azure AI Content Safety.
Guided clients from .NET Framework 4.7.2 monoliths to cloud-ready .NET 10 microservices, migrating data to PostgreSQL. Built a React SPA with SSO against a .NET Core API, and implemented GitHub Actions CI/CD shipping containers to Azure in under five minutes with zero downtime.
